At Nomad'DécoHome we particularly like creations in recycled materials.
We had a real crush on these beautiful colorful KAYA dishes, handcrafted by the Zulu tribes of South Africa.
The peculiarity of its objects is that the material used is none other than the telephone wire and / or copper wire varnish.
Indeed, the Zulu tribes of South Africa, practice for millennia the art of braiding using natural fibers: the palm leaf, the straw, in particular. They have evolved their craft towards an obvious modernity, by offering these models, graphics and design while keeping the warm colors of Africa and the shapes that evoke this wonderful continent.
True contemporary design, these creations are sold around the world, no wonder we had a crush this year on the show House and object, whose influence is known worldwide.
